Golden Gate Park Engagement

What a joy to document people’s love! Bailey and Michael live in San Francisco and messaged me to see if I would be up for a fun and romantic engagement session in Golden Gate Park. Their friendship, vibrance and joy is contagious. We hit golden hour and the vibrant blooms of the Rose Garden and danced into the evening.

In high school and college I used to do portrait sessions for friends and family… this launched my love of photography and sponsored the purchase of camera gear I took to Paris which evolved into fine art photography and relational journalism. Being back in the golden light of California has inspired me to pick up my camera again and document the poetry of people’s lives: portraits! The past few months have included a proposal, maternity, engagement and a wedding photos on a boat- I cannot wait to share more! I am easing back into offering poetic portrait sessions locally in the Bay Area. Let’s get creative and make something beautiful together!
